Q. How do I find out how much the work I need will cost?

Simply call us on 0411 368 208 and we will arrange a suitable time to meet and discuss your tree care needs.

Once we determine your needs, we will give you a free quotation.

And don't worry, we stick to our prices
There are no hidden surprises.

Q. Will you let us know when you're coming to do the work?

A. Of course, we can usually give 2 to 5 days notice and will do our best to fit in with your schedule.

Q. My tree is very big and hangs over my house, and I have an established garden right beneath it.
Can you do the job without damaging anything?

A. Sure can, our climbers are trained, experienced professionals. They will use advanced mobile rigging techniques to safely lower parts of the tree down to a clear area.

Q. What happens to all the stuff from the tree?

A. All the branches will be mulched up on site. You're welcome to keep the mulch for your garden, otherwise we will take it away.

Q. Can I keep the firewood?

A. Certainly, we will cut the waste timber to roughly 40cm blocks. We can leave this for you, your friends or your family if they want it.

Alternatively, if preferred, we will remove it from the site.

This needs to be discussed during the quote, as it may affect the price.

Q. When you say 'stump removal' what exactly do you do?

A. Stumps are removed with a special machine that actually grinds it into mulch. It will usually go between 200 - 400mm deep, in most cases right through the base of the stump.

The grindings will fill in their own hole.

On large stumps a mound of excess grindings may be left. This will settle somewhat in time, any left after that is great mulch and suitable to spread elsewhere in the garden.

Q. When and how do I pay for the work?

A. Payment in full is due on completion. If you can't be there on the day, please let us know in advance and we will send an invoice.

Payment of invoice is expected within 7 days.

You can pay by cash or cheque on the day, cheque by mail or direct debit into our account.

Q. What if I'm not happy with the end result?

A. Please let us know straight away.

We will do everything we can to make things right. Your satisfaction is our number one priority.

If all else fails, we really do stand by our guarantee and will cheerfully refund 100 % of your money.
